Protein Junction(“we” and “us”) is the operator of ( (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait for restocking of the back-ordered item or you would prefer a refund.

We do not procure products from any third parties and always source directly from the manufacturer, authorized company, and from reliable importers. Therefore, we do not take any liability regarding the taste and mixability of the product. If there is any concern, you need to raise it to the Brand and there is no return/replacement for the same.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Protein Junction will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request to return is made within 7 days of receiving the order and only if it is returned in it is original packaging, unused & unopened (sealed), and in resalable condition. 

The refund will be processed only after the product has been received and accepted. This will be notified via email. 2-way shipping charges (both sides traveling) will be deducted from the refunded amount. [Protein Junction] will refund the money spent on the purchase of the product after deducting the shipping charges.

3.2 In case of Breakage
Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubts/ questions about the authenticity. Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/ replacement for the product.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days or longer. Due to the Covid situation, the delivery may take longer.

Remote Locations
Deliveries to very remote locations such as the North East Indian States may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Currently, we don't accept any international orders as of now. If anything, we will update accordingly.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of the order

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Protein Junction will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using our logistics partners.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait for restocking of the back-ordered item or you would prefer a refund.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number/link with which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you have received your order and something is damaged, faulty or incorrect, you will need to send us a clear image of the issue, the expiry and batch number of the product, snapshot of the MRP, your order/ bill number (proof of purchase) and the item(s) affected to within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please allow 2-3 working days for a response from our Customer Service rep.

Please do not throw any items away until we have resolved the matter.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Import Duties & Taxes / Sales Tax

Import Duties & Sales Tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

9.2 Process for parcel lost in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
